SHIPMENTS

Below, you will find a table with all the shipping costs, delivery times and conditions. It is important to keep in mind that it takes between one or two days to process the order, and in times with high demand (Christmas, Black Friday ...) shipments could be affected. In these cases, we recommend buying in advance.

Occasionally, shipments outside the EU may involve additional costs (fees and taxes) that will be the responsibility of the consumer.

When making your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email along with the order number to manage any type of inquiry. Once the carrier has your order, you will receive the tracking code to control when your package arrives.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is essential to add the ID/PASSPORT in the option "notes" for orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra.

Creu is not responsible for the expenses associated with the reshipment of the order in the following cases and the expenses will be borne by the buyer:

  • Incomplete or wrong address
  • When the courier fails to contact the customer after several absences at home.
