RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

You have 15 days to fall in love with your jewels. If you change your mind during this period, and the product is in perfect conditions you can exchange or return it. Remember that earrings and ear cuffs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

We offer the following options:

  • Exchange it for another product of the same amount.
  • Exchange it for another product of greater amount and pay the difference.
  • Exchange it for a cheaper product and we will refund the difference with a voucher without an expiration date.
  • Request the return and receive the total amount of the product in a voucher format without an expiration date. Remember that the voucher will never include the shipping costs.

In any case, the products that will be exchanged or returned must be in pristine conditions and show no evident signs of being used, or else no exchange or return will be carried out. CREU reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to CREU in perfect conditions. If you have trouble finding a suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.

In order to proceed with your exchange or return, please contact us info@creushop.com and provide us with this information:

  • Order number (9 letter sequence)
  • Reason for return
  • Product to exchange or return
  • Desired solution: change or refund of the amount in a voucher form without expiration date.

Once our Customer Service Team receives your email we will indicate all the steps to follow, do not worry, it is very easy! We leave you some information depending on the location:

Spain (Peninsula):

  • Returns and exchanges will be done in the same address of your first shipment.
  • The exchange costs will be borne by the customer at a cost of 7.99€.
  • The return costs will be borne by the customer at a cost of 4€.
  • Earrings and ear cuffs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • In case of return, a voucher will be generated with the amount of the returned items that can be exchanged on our website without expiration date, no economic refund will be made.
  • When you want to make a return on an order with promotion or discount, the voucher will be subjected to the promotion or discount amount

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

  • Returns and exchanges will be done in the same address of your first shipment.
  • The exchange costs will be borne by the customer at a cost of 9€, round trip (Correos National Postal Service).
  • The return costs will be borne by the customer at a cost of 4€, round trip (Correos National Postal Service).
  • Earrings and ear cuffs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • In case of return, a voucher will be generated with the amount of the returned items that can be exchanged on our website without expiration date, no economic refund will be made.
  • When you want to make a return on an order with promotion or discount, the voucher will be subjected to the promotion or discount amount

En el resto del mundo:

  • Las devoluciones y cambios serán efectivas en el mismo domicilio donde conste el primer envío. 
  • Los gastos de cambio correrán a cuenta del cliente (ida y vuelta).
  • Los gastos de devolución correrán a cuenta del cliente. Tendrá la opción de que solicitemos una recogida o mandarlo por su cuenta a nuestro delegación.
  • No realizamos cambios ni devoluciones en pendientes ni ear cuffs por motivos de higiene.
  • En caso de devolución se generará un vale con el importe de los artículos devueltos que podrá canjearse en nuestra web sin fecha de caducidad, no se hará un reembolso económico.
  • Cuando se quiera realizar una devolución sobre un pedido con promoción o descuento, el abono en forma de vale será proporcional al código descuento/promoción que se haya utilizado.

BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We take extensive care in making sure that all our packages are securely packed and inspected before being sent. In the event that a defective, damaged or incorrect product arrives, please contact us as soon as possible via info@creushop.com within 24 hours.

We offer the following solutions (*):

  • Exchange the product for a new one.
  • In case the product is out of stock, exchange it for a product of the same amount.
  • Refund the total amount of the product through a voucher without expiration date.

(*) may vary according to location. Our Customer Service Team will give you the best solution!

What information do you have to send us:

  • Order number (9 letter sequence)
  • Description of the problem (E.g. broken or with flaws)
  • Photo with the defective product or error

Our team will fix it as quickly as possible.
