If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Creu accepts changes within 15 calendar days after receiving the item, which must be in perfect conditions and not be used.
What can I change?
- Change in size or color
- Exchange it for another item of equal or greater amount
- You have to send it in the same conditions in which you received it, including its original packaging. The product will not be changed if it is in bad conditions or has been used.
- To request the change, you must contact us through the mail: email@example.com indicating the order reference and your name, as well as a brief description of the reasons for requesting the change.
- Note that it is only possible to process changes of products purchased in our online store.
- The expenses associated with the shipment of the product for its exchange will be assumed by the buyer:
Nationally, the consumer must pay only one way (4€).
Internationally, the consumer must pay both ways.
We take extensive care in making sure that all our packages are securely packed and inspected before being sent. In the event that a defective or damaged product arrives, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours and we will send you a new one at no additional cost.
