How long does it take to get an order?

Spain mainland:

For Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla it is necessary to add the DNI/NIF in the comments part. If not, we will ask you for it in the shipping process since the transport company needs it for customs.

Sometimes, shipments to countries outside the EU may carry additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the customer. We promise to carry out the procedures and prepare the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management.

All orders placed before 8:00 am will be processed and shipped the same day. In the indicated delivery period, the preparation times of the order are already stated.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays.

During Black Friday, Christmas, Easter and sales, orders may be delayed a little longer than normal due to the high volume of work of the transport companies.

Can I modify my order once it's placed?

We accept modifications to the order if it has not been processed.

To do a change to your order, contact us at our email info@creushop.com and specify which products you want to change or add to the order.

However, once your order is received, you can process an exchange or return.

I have made an order, but I have not received the confirmation email, what happened?

Sometimes, confirmation emails end up in the spam or promotions folder. If you can't find it, email us to info@creushop.com, and we'll fix it without any problem.

Also, check the email you used to make the purchase, sometimes, with payments with Apple Pay or Google Pay, the email we have for these accounts is established (normally, it is not the one we usually use), so you will receive the confirmation email to the email assigned to your Apple/Google Pay account.

How can I track my order?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us and another email from the carrier with the tracking link, so you can follow it.

Sometimes, the email from the carrier takes a little longer to arrive, since the transport company must manage your shipment on a computer.

Also, if you have a CREU account, you can see the tracking number in the "Order history and details" section in "my account".

If you can't find it, write to us at info@creushop.com, so we can send it to you.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we only have an online store, but if you have any questions about the jewels, you just must ask us through any contact platform, and we will provide you with everything you need: measurements, photos, videos, comparisons, etc.

What does the package contain?

The packaging of your order includes a single CREU box where you will find the jewels in cotton bags and glass bottles.

If you want to receive more than one gift box, add our CREU box to your cart for only 1,95 €. In addition, you can add a note when making the payment.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the period to make an exchange/return?

Once the transport company delivers the order, you have 15 days to fall in love with the jewels. If in the end it is not like that and the product is in perfect condition, without signs of use, you can exchange or return it, except for earrings, piercings, and ear cuffs for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept exchanges or returns of personalized products. If you have any questions about how the jewel with your name will look, do not hesitate to contact us.

What options do I have when exchanging/returning a product?

When changing or returning a product we offer you:

  • Exchange it for another product of the same amount.
  • Exchange it for another product of a higher amount and pay the difference.
  • Exchange it for a lower cost product, and we will refund the difference with a voucher without an expiration date.
  • Request a return and receive the full amount of the product in a voucher with no expiration date, never shipping costs.


In any of the cases, it is essential that the products subject to a return or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise, no exchange or refund can be made. It is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at CREU in perfect condition. We suggest using the original packaging in which you received your order. 

How much does an exchange/return cost me?

The cost of exchange/return is €4 for Spain, €10 for Europe and €22 for the rest of the world.

I have received a defective product, what do I have to do?

First, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Guarantee and repairs

What is the guaranteed term?

Before leaving our office, our jewels pass a quality control, and we prepare the orders manually with great care. The client has 15 days to verify that it is in perfect condition and claim any damage.

At CREU we take great care with our designs, mostly made of fine silver, and we work with top quality materials. In addition, we offer repairs on many jewels if one has suffered a break.

My jewel has broken outside the guarantee period, can I repair it?

We have a repair workshop for some jewelry. To process it and see if your jewel can be repaired, contact us by emailing us to info@creushop.com telling us the order number or email with which you made it and specify the product you want to repair and add an image where you can see what that we would have to repair.

One of the jewels I want is out of stock, will it be available again?

We replenish stock weekly, so all active products on the web are available again at any time. We recommend subscribing to the jewel through our website to be the first to find out when it is available again. We will notify you via email.

Payment

What payment methods do you use?

We accept payment by card, PayPal, Bizum (Spain), Apple Pay or Google Pay, as they are the safest forms of payment.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Currently, we don't accept this payment method, but if you have problems making the payment, write to us at info@creushop.com to help you and offer you a solution.

Promotions

How are discount codes used?

You can add the promotional code from the cart or from the payment, where it says, "promo code".

It won't let me use a promo code, what should I do?

Some promotional coupons are anchored to your account registered in CREU and will not let you use it as a guest. We recommend you log in to your CREU account, and if it still doesn't let you, write to info@creushop.com to solve it.
