*If you place an order in the peninsula or Portugal and want to collect your order at a collection point or parcel shop, you can do so once we have sent your order and the transport company has sent you the email with the tracking number. In this email, you have the option to manage the delivery and deposit it at a collection point or parcel shop.

*For Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla it is necessary that you add your DNI in the comments section, otherwise we will ask for it in the shipping process, since the transport company needs it for customs.

Sometimes, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer. We undertake to carry out the procedures and prepare the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management.

All orders placed before 8:00 in the morning will be processed and shipped the same day. In the indicated delivery time, the order preparation times are already established. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.

During the time of Black Friday, Christmas, Easter and sales, orders may be delayed a little longer than normal due to the high volume of work of the transport companies.

CREU is not responsible for the costs associated with resending the order in the following cases and the costs will be assumed by the buyer:

  • Incomplete or wrong address
  • When the shipping agency cannot contact the customer after several absences from home
