Shipping and Deliveries

General information:

  • All orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum period of 24 hours.
  • The packaging of your order includes a single Creu box where inside you will find each jewel in its respective packaging. If you want to receive more than one gift box, add our CREU box to your cart for only € 1.95. Ask for how many you want or need.
  • All our deliveries are made from our logistics center in Barcelona.
  • When we have sent your order, the courier company in charge of making the delivery will send you a link with which you can follow up and, if necessary, modify the delivery of your order.
  • Shipping costs are free for orders over € 50 (Peninsula) and from € 90 in the rest of the world.
  • We ship worldwide

Spain Peninsula and Portugal The night before delivery you will receive an email with the day and time slot in which the courier will pass, if for whatever reason the stipulated time and / or day is not going well, you can change the time slot through the same link , the day of delivery and even the address as long as you keep the same zip code.

Sometimes shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer. We are committed to carrying out the procedures and preparing the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management.

* On Saturdays and Sundays there are no deliveries.

Forwarding

Creu is not responsible for the costs associated with the forwarding of the order in the following cases and the costs will be borne by the buyer:

  • Incomplete or wrong address
  • When the shipping agency cannot contact the customer after several absences at home.
