PAG 4. YOUR BODY

We can understand knowledge in 2 ways: knowledge learned through reason or knowledge learned through experience. For example, my friend (whom I fully trust) tells me that next to her house there is a green wooden door. I am going to have that information, and I am going to be able to affirm that I know that next to my friend's house there is a green wooden door, without even having seen it. The day I go to visit my friend and see the green door in person, touch it, and it even opens, I will have that information learned from my experience. If someone asks me I will be able to give all kinds of details and I will even have been able to find out that behind/next to/in front of the green door there is something else.

That is, through our body we experience life and learn from it. Therefore, our body helps us to absorb a lot of knowledge. You have to take care of it and love it, and above all, put it into practice and live it, because the more different experiences you have, the more you learn.

Your whole body allows you to enjoy the life you have and makes you unique. Do not fight with him, or demand physical changes. Take care of him, and thank him for everything he does for you daily.

Mantras are messages that by repeating them have the power to reinforce a thought and transform your subconscious. We leave you a mantra to repeat every time you question whether your body is valid (because it is!): “My body is my temple. I love it, I care for it, and I am grateful to reside in it”.
